Epoxy Termination Tool Kit

Epoxy style connectors are a tried and true method of fiber termination and ideal for harsh environments. Technical advances in epoxy compositions, new convenient packaging and long-term durability make epoxy termination the proven choice for the professional installer.
Our epoxy series tool kits feature KITCO’s popular Quik-Temp epoxy ovens. These lightweight, low profile, compact ovens reach a preset curing temperature of 90°C in less than four minutes. Quik-Temp epoxy ovens are available with either 8 or 16 ports. These kits also include one crimp tool frame and three precision dies that allow the installer to terminate a wide variety of epoxy-style connectors.
The rugged hard shell case has a custom designed interior to hold all necessary tools plus additional storage for the installer. A roll-up pouch with a convenient hip strap allows the installer to wear the necessary hand tools to the work area.

3M Hot Melt - These connectors have proven to be easy to install and extremely reliable. Hot melt connectors have pre-loaded adhesive that melts when heated; as the adhesive cools, the fiber is held securely in place, similar to epoxy but without the mess.
High Capacity Hot Melt Kit -This kit is equipped to terminate ST, SC and FC connectors. It includes our proprietary, universal FiberSure™ Connector Holder for use with all three styles of connectors. No longer does the installer have to buy three different holders!
